Westwood sales statistics show an increase in both average sales price and average price per square foot from 2007.  Seventy one homes have sold so far in 2008 with an average sales price of $196,087 - up from 187,975 in 2007.  The average sold price per square foot has increased by $2 since 2007 to $89.4. 

Some of the average price increases can be attributed to new homes constructed in the community with upgraded features.  Builders have also followed a trend of building larger homes at 2800 square feet and up.

Westwood continues to be a community that offers a wide range of price points, from the $120s (wow) to the upper $200,000s.  With FM 1488 road construction making rapid progress, this neighborhood has so much to offer with 1/2 acre lots and an ultra-convenient location.
