Some of the average price increases can be attributed to new homes constructed in the community with upgraded features.  Builders have also followed a trend of building larger homes at 2800 square feet and up.

Westwood continues to be a community that offers a wide range of price points, from the $120s (wow) to the upper $200,000s.  With FM 1488 road construction making rapid progress, this neighborhood has so much to offer with 1/2 acre lots and an ultra-convenient location.

Currently there are 53 homes for sale in Westwood, with an average days on market of 104.
